NEW Shows Travel Trier's highlights Thursday, January 12th Let's walk through Germany's oldest town that was founded in 17 BC by the Roman Emperor Augustus. During our tour we will discover the fascinating history and will see the main sights, including 3 UNESCO heritage sites (Roman audience hall, cathedral, Porta Nigra), as we well as the main market square with its fascinating history. We will discover how architecture was used by rulers to show their power. At the end of the tour we will also "meet" Trier's most famous son.

A series of nostalgic shows in my home town. Hermitage was once the official residence of the Romanov royal dynasty. How did the emperors of Russia live there? Just what levels of luxury did they attain? What art, what jewelry, what furniture did they surround themselves with? For me, as I am now far from my beloved city because of the war, this series will be very nostalgic.
